Requirements : Over 5 years S&M experience in 5 star hotel, Hotel related Major

Achieving Growth – Meets sales target by support the sales team activities; seeks new challenges to improve
work performance; Demonstrates an optimistic outlook and recovers quickly from failure.
Commercial Awareness – Demonstrates an awareness of business opportunities and seizes and acts upon them
Strategic Orientation – Coordinates to design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Selects the most appropriate tactic(s) from a range of alternatives and
conveys the plan to others.
Main Duties and Scope of Role:
ㆍHas clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to
   meet those goals.
ㆍBe able to understand links between sales and profit.
ㆍUpdates action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
ㆍIdentifies new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
ㆍEnsures proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
ㆍAble to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties,
   develop professional long term business relationships.
ㆍAble to supports hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service
   excellence throughout each customer experience.
ㆍSupports relationships within community to strengthen customer base for sales opportunities.
ㆍAnalyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
ㆍAnalyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
ㆍOversees and ensures the update of rates, promotions on hotel website, OTA's, GDS etc.
ㆍCoordinate sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and
   expansion of company products and/or services.
ㆍEstablishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
ㆍEvaluates market reaction to advertising programs, merchandising policy, product packaging and formulation to
   ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
ㆍCoordinates marketing surveys on current and new product concept and reviews marketing activity.
