Technical Knowledge – Understanding of Air-conditioning, ventilation, sanitary equipment, automatic control of machine,
machine fire
Construction Knowledge – Able to review the hotel’s requirement, construction scope, expected budget and feasibility,
and other legal constrictions ; checks the construction site and finds the improvement plan; Understands up-to-date hotel
facilities trends and skills ; Reviews in collaboration with other parts (interior, architecture, electrical, etc.)
Construction Management – Reviews the quality of the construction and schedules; Reviews the hotel operation status
and the construction progress. Reviews and suggests solutions when problems occur during construction.
Market Understanding – Holds operational knowledge of the hotel business so that operational efficiency can be
achieved when reviewing the construction |
| Main Duties and Scope of Role: |
ㆍFamiliar and complies with the hotels mission and standards in performing maintenance activities.
ㆍMaximizes potential with a balanced focus on operations, guests, employee and owners satisfaction.
ㆍOversees the maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects ensuring timely and accurate completion.
ㆍConducts regular on-site inspection
ㆍEnsures installation & maintenance of all equipment related to HVAC, DG Sets, Water treatment, Fire Safety etc.
ㆍEnsures proper records are kept relating to all plant and equipment for the hotel including repair and service records.
ㆍAttends Facility Management/Property meetings as required and supplies the technical information
to hotel management.
ㆍArrange for the approval and reports on maintenance and facility improvement
ㆍResponds to corporate and management inquires.
ㆍDevelops, implements, and directs all emergency programs.
ㆍResponsible for short and long term maintenance planning, and day-to-day operations.
