Requirements : Over 3 years S&M experience in 5 star hotel, Hotel related Major
Competencies
Fast paced and quick to learn – Adopts well to the digital marketing world, which moves at a high speed with
new updates and changes taking place daily. Encompasses contents creation and relationship building; Identifies
opportunities to increase the online presence by continuously learning new updates in the field.
Innovative and creative – Performs flexible thinking that ensures new opportunities, transforms general campaigns
more efficient, and enhances business relationships.
Business-savvy – has a strong overview of the marketplace and company itself and makes decisions that lead to profits
more achievable. Coordinates to design and implement a strategic plan that expands company’s customer base and
ensures its strong presence. Selects the most appropriate tactic(s) from a range of alternatives and conveys the plan to
others; Sets organizational strategy in line with organizational vision.
Punctual and organized – Stands out as reliable and trustworthy by always keeping time thoroughly and stays on
top of various works in a professional manner. Meeting deadlines is especially important as a digital marketer.
Main Duties and Scope of Role:
ㆍ Manages various digital marketing strategies such as SEO(Search Engine Optimization) and
    SEM(Search Engine Marketing)
ㆍ Manages social media functions and social analytics tools
ㆍ Develops standards and practices for landing page optimization and multivariate testing
ㆍ Able to create marketing initiatives and collaborate with relevant co-workers to produce high quality contents
ㆍ Maintains social media presence across all digital channels
ㆍ Understands web publishing requirements
ㆍ Edits and proofreads marketing contents to uphold consistent standards
ㆍ Tracks KPIs for company, display advertisement, etc.
ㆍ Analyzes web traffic metrics and reviews from customers
ㆍ Identifies KPIs and roadmap to effective position company
ㆍ Creates reporting standards for all digital marketing efforts
ㆍ Creates booking platforms and build relationships
ㆍ Identifies the latest trends and best practices and applies such insights into our marketing strategies
ㆍ Maintains an active presence on social profiles and online engagement
