Major Responsibilities of the Position:

- Daily administrative support for HR team
- HR data management
- Support planning & execution of company events
- Support recruitment and training
- Support HR global projects
- Ad-hoc HR activities as required

Competencies / Experience:
- Passionate about HR and long-term career in HR industry
- Willingness to learn quickly and be challenged to grow
- Detail and accuracy orientated
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- 4-year university degree recent or upcoming graduate or less than 1-year work experience
- Outstanding skills in MS applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Fluent in both spoken & written English
- HR intern experience advantageous
