| Job Description |
*Full-stack Engineer
As a Full-stack Engineer you will design micro-services and APIs, work on client side apps, apply the
best development practices with the high requirements for security, performance and reliability.
- Design and implement APIs and integrations for multiple tiers of Mothership’s products
- Plan and implement project’s architecture together with dev team
- Optimise development process by improving CI/CD pipeline
- Articulate capacity, and monitoring and estimating plans for the services you work on
- Own and deliver maintainable, well-tested code
*Blockchain Hacker
Mothership is looking for a Blockchain Hacker, a software engineer with deep understanding of
blockchain technologies. "Mastering Bitcoin" was one of your favourite books, you know how
most popular cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, ETH, ZEC, XMR) work from reading their white papers.
You have already sent payments via the Lightning Network. Then there is a very interesting
position for you at Mothership - building robust and secure wallet and exchange services.
- Build and improve deposit/withdrawal system and integrate new blockchains
- Harden the security and efficiency of wallet services
- Stay on top of latest research and advancements in blockchains
- Make sure we are among the first companies supporting latest developments such as the
Lightning Network
- Ethereum smart contracts development |
| Qualifications |
*Full-stack Engineer
- 5+ years of software development in web/mobile projects
- Strong skills in Node.js, React.js and JavaScript core principles
- Production experience using noSQL storages: Firebase, MongoDB
- Experience in UI development with HTML5, CSS3
- Identify and uphold the best DevOps practices
- Experience building scalable software which is able to handle high volumes of requests
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to hack things together quickly
*Blockchain Hacker
- Several years of production experience with Golang and Node.js
- Experience working with Bitcoin and Ethereum networks
- Smart contracts development with Solidity
- Understanding of Bitcoin protocol, Lightning network, and Atomic swap
- Experience with software architecture and API design
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and get-things-done attitude
- High level of self-organisation
- Being a contributor to a blockchain software is an advantage
- Open Source contribution is appreciated
